Cookie Policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
This policy explains how axpro.be uses cookies, pixels, scripts and similar technologies, and how you can manage your choices.
1. Controller
The website and cookie processing controller is Adrian Leş, sole trader, trading as AXPRO®, Belgian enterprise number 0725.418.359, VAT BE 0725.418.359, Georges Hensmansstraat 73, 1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. Contact: info@axpro.be – +32 484 04 32 65.
2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored on or read from your device when you visit a website. Other technologies, such as local storage, pixels, tags and scripts, can serve similar functions. In this policy, “cookies” includes all these technologies.
3. Cookie categories
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These are essential for operation, security, communication transmission, website display or recording consent choices. They cannot be disabled through the banner where their use is strictly necessary.
3.2 Preference cookies
These remember choices such as language, display or non-essential settings. They are used only under the applicable rules and your preferences.
3.3 Statistical cookies
These help AXPRO understand website use, measure audiences and improve pages. Where not strictly anonymous or necessary, they are set only after consent.
3.4 Marketing and tracking cookies
These may measure campaign results, attribute a request to an advertisement, limit repeated adverts or create a browsing profile. They may relate to Google Ads, Meta, Facebook or Instagram and are activated only after consent.
4. Third-party services that may be used
Depending on active functions and your choices, cookies or similar technologies may relate to:
- WordPress, Elementor and Complianz for operation and consent management.
- Google Analytics for statistics.
- Google Ads for campaign and conversion measurement.
- Google Maps, reCAPTCHA or other embedded Google content.
- Meta, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp for buttons, advertising or interactions.
- Videos, maps or embedded content from external platforms.
These parties may process information as independent controllers under their own policies. Non-essential content is blocked until consent where possible.
5. Current cookie list
The consent module displays the cookie list and retention periods.

6. Consent
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or customise non-essential categories. No cookie requiring consent should be activated before an affirmative choice.
Rejection must be as accessible as acceptance. You can change or withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
7. Retention periods
Retention varies by cookie and purpose and is shown in the dynamic list generated by Complianz. Session cookies are deleted when the browser closes; others may be retained for a set period to remember choices, measure audiences or attribute campaigns.
8. Disabling and deleting cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may impair the website. Consult the help provided by Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari or Microsoft Edge.
9. Personal data and rights
Some cookies process personal data such as an IP address, online identifier, device information or browsing behaviour. Purposes, legal bases, recipients and rights are described in the Privacy Policy. For questions or to exercise your rights, write to info@axpro.be.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in cookies, embedded services or regulations. The last update date appears at the top. The dynamic cookie list may change more frequently following scans by the consent tool.
